get ready for a failed test...cannabis stays in the fatty tissue of the body for long periods of time. depending on the lab that does the testing more than likely it will be found. This is one reason it's not worth it a good friend of mine lost an excellent job opportunity because she had failed the test it nearly ruined her career as well.

There's nothing much you can do really.. I mean it stays in your system for a while, and as you said you've been smoking it for 3 weeks straight now.

However, I looked around on the Internet and found this;

If you still fail, then just be honest and say you will probably fail it.. whats the worse that can happen eh?

I'd usually say honesty the best policy but in this case wait until you fail at least you will have a 50/50 chance

If you are honest with them ahead of time, they are more likely to look the other way.

I know where I work, even if you are just applying, if you tell them ahead of time that you will test positive they cannot hold the results against you.  If you don't tell them, you have lost all chance of ever getting a job there.

I would be honest and tell them that its going to be positive. they may look at that and consider you still. Otherwise, um consider NOT being a stoner and you might be able to get a real job.

Next time for any one who needs to clean there system for the test drink loads of water before the test and on top pf that about 15-20 min before the test drink alot of cranberry juice it will cause the urine to be mostly water my bro smoked the night before his test did all that and passed.
