Their office is like empty other then like four desks with a phone and laptop on them and nothing else. It's a bit spooky walking there because its so empty.

So half-way through the interview, I get asked 'whats are your weaknesses', like how do you answer that? lol

Everyone has things to work on.. people like that you know what you can improve on and that you have a course of action or a plan in mind that you are consciously using to strengthen your abilities in a workplace.

Yeah, my main weakness is English and Grammar (Including sentence structures, etc) but if I tell them that, they wouldn't hire me due to the fact consultants write a lot.

But really, that is a hard question to answer.  I always have trouble with it.  With my last job I just said my weakness is simply a lack of experience, but that's what I was aiming to gain from the job.
