A friend of mine did that, she said it wasn't too bad but I don't know about her pain tolerance levels. Either way, it looks silly, it's a terrible place.

my assumption would be that it would feel the same as anywhere else, well maybe a bit less, there aren't as many nerve endings on the back of your lip being as its muscle

they wont tattoo you if you're drunk...you bleed a lot. Atleast that was the rules at the shops i worked at and been tattooed at

as a general rule, tattoos are for the person getting them. they have meaning to them, all mine are places people can't see unless i take my shirt off
