Has anyone else had trouble buying stuff off of Amazon.ca (Or .com)

I just purchased 3 books a few weeks ago, and I only got two.
The website has no record of my buying the third book but when they sent me the receipt via e-mail all three books are listed.

I sent them an e-mail regarding this, but I'm just wondering if there is any point. Do you think they'll fix it?
