I'm not exactly sure what a "fully refundable tax credit" means, but I'm hoping that means I'd get $4,000 eventually. When I graduate, I'll have a Florida Bright Futures scholarship that pays for 75% of my tuition, and that $4,000 would mean I don't have to pay for ANY of my college tuition...
