In all seriousness, though, when thinking of a band name, there are several approaches. One is the R.E.M./Grateful Dead approach and open up a dictionary, turn to a random page, and take whatever word on the page sounds cool.
If that doesn't work out, they could always pull a Radiohead or Mondo Generator and name themselves after a song. I've always thought "The Silver Rockets" would make a good band name.
Then, of course, they could always be like a local band around here and, when someone asks them their band name, just say a couple of random words on the spot and stick with it.
