It sounds like it might be a migraine. I've only ever had one and they're not bloody nice. If you don't want to shell out for a doctor, try going to a pharmacy and talking to one of the senior people there. They might well be able to advise you.

really? that's interesting. now you say you have it there all the time makes me even more certain it could be what I had (which nearly killed me because I never had an MRI for all my headaches), but since you've had an MRI i really don't know now. did the dc ever tell you it could be an AVM? it should of been seen in the mri but you could still maybe read about them on the internet

No I get them around my period and its due to that.

Sometimes I get pain behind my eyes when my allergies are bad and my sinuses become clogged. Have you tried taking something like Sudafed? That usually helps me if I take one paired with a Tylenol. Just be careful with the Sudafed if you plan to exercise soon after taking it because it can increase your heart rate temporarily (that's one of the more common side effects).
