Turn offs:
1. Clingy! Definately number 1.  Just because I like you, I cannot spend 24/7 with you.  Don't expect me too.  I have other guy friends, deal.
2. Obese - goes along with athletic and the abs thing.  Doesn't matter as much but its still a turn-off.
3. No manners - self-explanatory
4. No tact - Be straight-forward, not cruel.
5. No hobbies ands stuff outside school.  I really admire those who do good in school and get good grades, but that can't be the only thing you do.  
6. Doesn't want to start anyhting new.  
7. When he's a sweetie around you, but is a jerk when his boys are around.
8. No manners. - self explanatory
9. Too shy, doesn't talk much.  Doesn't do much decision making.
10. Puts down others.  It does not impress me at all when people act like they're so much better and insult others.  

But at least you have standards and priorities.  Gotta give you that.

Oh, and here's my list. Not sure if this is the most advisable post to be my first reply, but we've all got to start somewhere, so I might as well reveal a little about myself:

Turn-Ons:

1) A look. I don't mean in a style way. I mean in a piercing-gaze sort of a way. The whole "I don't want to take my eyes off you" look.

2) A sense of humour. I may know what's important in life, but it's equally important to me to have a good laugh. So, please guys, laugh at yourselves a little. Hell, laugh at me a little, even. And I don't mean walk around telling jokes, it's all about wit, sarcasm, and good-natured teasing.

3) Music. I don't need a rockstar, although the ability to play an instrument, preferably a guitar, is a bonus. I just need someone who'll appreciate my need to have music playing during 70% of my life. And if you've heard of all the soft-rock bands from the other side of the pond that I'm into, then I know I'm onto a good thing.

4) Cooking. I don't need a chef, but I'm not very skilled in the kitchen myself. So I'm not going to be running around cooking a roast for you every Sunday. I can manage the basics, and if you can too, great. Means we don't have to go out all the time and can enjoy nights in without the aid of a pizza box.

5) Good hair. My only appearance-themed one. I'm serious. Hair is probably the first thing I notice about a guy, followed by eyes (though most people have nice eyes unless they're Thom Yorke). Don't gel too much, and don't shave it all off. Colour's not important.

Turn-Offs:

1) Playing 'hard to get'. You may find it amazingly amusing not to call me for three days if you said you'd call me the next day, but it irritates the hell out of me. I'm not needy - I can go a few days - but stick to your promises, or don't make them. Simple.

2) Lying. I'm probably one of the most up-front and honest people out there. What you see is what you get, and I'm not going to pretend to like something I don't just to impress you, and I'd never cheat on you. I expect the same decency in return. I'm more than aware how lies can damage a relationship, and trust me, it's better to be honest even if it seems more difficult at the time.

3) Coming on too strong. Rather than making me jump for joy, confessions of undying love (or lust) too early on make me start questioning myself. Rather than going weak at the knees, I'll panic that you're kidding around. So save it for when the actions meet the words.

4) Smoking. I can cope with it in moderation, if it's a really special guy. It's a stupid habit, however, and has many bad associations. Please don't do it in front of me, but don't hide it from me, either.

5) Gossip. By all means, talk to your friends about our relationship, but don't give the gory details to mutual friends. It'll only be embarrassing when they repeat it in front of either of us.
